क्या भारतीय मुसलमानों पर है अलग-थलग होने का ख़तरा: विश्लेषण

'धर्म संसद' में मुसलमानों को लेकर कही गई बातें, गुरुग्राम में जुमे की नमाज़ को लेकर विवाद, कर्नाटक में मुस्लिम महिला छात्रों के हिजाब पहन कर कॉलेज आने पर प्रतिबंध और अब एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्था की ओर से नरसंहार की चेतावनी ने भारत में अल्पसंख्यक मुस्लिम समुदाय की चिंताओं को बढ़ा दिया है.

अमेरिकी होलोकॉस्ट मेमोरियल म्यूज़ियम (USHMM) ने सामूहिक नरसंहार के जोख़िम वाले देशों की सूची में भारत को दूसरे स्थान पर रखा गया है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार में बढ़ती मुस्लिम विरोधी भावनाओं को इसके पीछे की वजह बताया गया है.

हाल ही में हुई कुछ घटनाओं ने मुस्लिम समुदाय के बीच असुरक्षा और डर की भावनाओं को और गहरा किया है, जिनमें से एक है यति नरसिंहानंद की ओर से मुसलमानों के खिलाफ़ हिंसा का खुला आह्वान.

यति नरसिंहानंद की ओर से हरिद्वार में आयोजित 'धर्म संसद' के मामले में पुलिस ने काफ़ी आलोचना के बाद अब यति नरसिंहानंद को गिरफ़्तार तो कर लिया है लेकिन इस तरह एक आयोजन करके धर्म विशेष के खिलाफ़ हेट स्पीच को लेकर सरकार के सभी नेताओं ने चुप्पी साधे रखी है.

नरसंहार की चेतावनी

अमेरिका स्थित गैर-लाभकारी संगठन जेनोसाइड वॉच के संस्थापक प्रोफेसर ग्रेगरी स्टैंटन ने भारत में नरसंहार की चेतावनी दी है और कहा है कि मुस्लिम इसका लक्ष्य बन सकते हैं.

प्रोफेसर ग्रेगरी स्टैंटन ने ये बात 14 जनवरी को कही. उन्होंने 1994 में हुए रवांडा नरसंहार का भी पूर्वानुमान लगाया था.

उन्होंने कहा है, ''2002 में जब गुजरात में हुए दंगों में एक हज़ार से अधिक मुसलमान मारे गए थे तब से भारत में नरसंहार की चेतावनी पर जेनोसाइड वॉच मुखर रहा है. उस समय गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी थे. दरअसल, इस बात के कई सारे सबूत हैं कि उन्होंने उन नरसंहारों को बढ़ावा दिया. ''

स्टैंटन ने कहा कि मोदी का राजनीतिक जीवन मुस्लिम-विरोधी और इस्लामोफोबिक बयानबाज़ी पर आधारित है.

अंग्रेज़ी वेबसाइट द क्विंट ने स्टैंटन के बयान को कोट करते हुए लिखा है कि 'नरसंहार एक घटना नहीं, बल्कि एक प्रक्रिया' के तहत किया गया जाता रहा है.

इस रिपोर्ट में स्टैंटन के हवाले से लिखा गया है कि उन्होंने नरसिंहानंद के उत्तराखंड में आयोजित धर्म संसद को लेकर कहा, ''हमें लगता है कि हरिद्वार में आयोजित इस सभा का खास मकसद नरसंहार के लिए लोगों को उकसाना ही था. ''

फ़ैक्ट चेक वेबसाइट बूम के मुताबिक़ स्टैंटन ने कहा कि धर्म संसद में जिस तरह की भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया गया वह मुसलमानों का अमानवीकरण करने जैसा था.

14 जनवरी को समाचार पत्र द टेलीग्राफ ने कहा कि यूएसएचएमएम की 'प्रारंभिक चेतावनी प्रोजक्ट' भारत के संदर्भ में कहता है, ''हमारे सांख्यिकीय मॉडल का अनुमान है कि 2021-2022 में भारत में 14.4 प्रतिशत (लगभग 7 में से 1) नरसंहार होने की संभावना है.''

इसके अलावा, गुरुग्राम में दक्षिणपंथी समूहों की ओर से जुमे की नमाज़ रोकने, कश्मीर में लगातार 24 सप्ताह तक जामिया मस्जिद को बंद रखने और मुस्लिम छात्राओं के सरकारी स्कूलों में हिजाब और बुर्का पहने पर प्रवेश रोकने जैसी घटनाओं ने मुसलमानों के भीतर डर का माहौल पैदा किया है.
